About Olivia

Born and raised in the Simcoe County area to two incredible parents, I quickly learned that being involved with my community is a healthy way to stay close with it. From volunteering with the Canadian Cancer Society, to working local fairs, I have enjoyed meeting people within the community and look forward to doing more alongside Ronan Realty. Outside of volunteering, I operate a small business with my wonderful partner selling custom hats all around the world! We work hard, day in and day out to give our customers the best product. Teamwork, dedication, and focus learned from an e-commerce business through lockdown has allowed me to carry that confidence over into my Real Estate career. I am proud to say that my roots are deeply planted here in Simcoe County’s Potato Farming Capital (Alliston) from being born back when we still had a Zellers! This growth has allowed me to cherish the beauty this community was and is becoming. Staying up to date with local trends while understanding them is a practice that comes naturally to me, my knowledge of the area carries into my work anywhere I may go. Simcoe County will always be my home and I cannot wait to help it grow. 

Now taking a leap into Real Estate, I aim to make home ownership a reality for the people of Simcoe County and surrounding, by educating the public on navigating the complex and ever-evolving real estate landscape. Although new, my team here at Ronan Realty will allow me to succeed so my dear clients and customers can as well. I look forward to meeting you in the future, don’t be a stranger!
