About Giuliana
Giuliana Palotta is a Commercial Division Specialist with the office of Marc Ronan. Being born and raised in the New Tecumseth area, she has seen first-hand how the communities have evolved and continue to grow. After graduating from Wilfred Laurier University, Guiliana obtained her real estate license with a focus in commercial real estate and investment analysis. Shortly after, she joined the Coldwell Banker Ronan Realty team in order to service the community that she grew up in. Since then, she has been working hard every year. In 2019, Giuliana was honoured with an International Sterling Society Award as she was in the top 17% of all Coldwell Banker representatives worldwide. 2020 was the best year professionally for Giuliana, as she far exceeded her goal of transactions for the year.
Giuliana is a passionate and experienced real estate professional with a strong focus in commercial, industrial and land portfolios. She is experienced with evaluating, marketing, and preparing proposals for various asset classes in commercial real estate. She has facilitated large commercial transactions, prepared cost analysis for both vendors and purchasers, as well as consulted on various land development files. Giuliana is committed to professional growth, research, and teamwork. Bringing her analytics and research expertise to provide her clients with a thorough and in depth understanding of the market, community and transaction process, gives Giuliana’s clients piece of mind when it comes to their goals and targets.
Giuliana is also involved in the local athletic community, volunteering with New Tec Ball Hockey and being an assistant coach and representative for Canadian Ball Hockey on a global scale. Because of her experience in athletics, accountability; taking initiative; and being driven to succeed are all important to Giuliana. She will provide you with everything you need to help you take on new commercial opportunities and aid you in achieving your professional goals.
