My name is Chantal Varcoe, and I am a broker with Coldwell Banker Ronan Realty. 

I absolutely love my career, and my family is the most important thing to me in the world. I was born in Alliston and raised in rural Essa Township (right between Alliston & Cookstown), and now call Barrie home with my husband and daughter. Besides being a top producing real estate agent; I am also a devoted wife, loving mother, daughter, sister and friend to many. 

I am a proud member of both the Barrie & Toronto Real Estate Boards and service clients throughout Simcoe County and beyond. I specialize in residential real estate transactions, and pride myself on my personal & professional service, as well as marketing, organization, and negotiating skills. The majority of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals which I take as the biggest compliment I can receive.
