About Brooke

Meet BROOKE VARCOE, a local real estate sales representative who grew up in South Simcoe County and has seen first-hand how the communities have grown and evolved throughout the years. Brooke is knowledgeable and familiar with the area that she works and lives. Her areas of service include New Tecumseth, Essa, Adjala-Tosorontio, Innisfil, Bradford-West Gwillimbury and the surrounding areas with a focus on resale residential, agricultural, rural and recreational properties.

After graduating from Georgian College with a Business Diploma with honours, Brooke worked at a financial institution where she gained valuable insight into the financial industry. She then transitioned into the legal field as a real estate law clerk, assisting in real estate closings for residential and commercial transactions. This role continues to provide her with extensive knowledge of the current transaction process.

Brooke has a passion for agriculture with a farm family history which is rooted in both Simcoe County and Dufferin County. Brooke has first-hand experience in the agricultural industry from being involved in her family's cash crop farm, attending agricultural competitions, showing dairy cattle together with being a past member of 4-H Ontario. Brooke has a desire to support farm families whether that means assisting them in expanding or downsizing their operations or by diversifying their real estate portfolio.
